Hosta 'Honey Pie'

A semi-upright, fast growing hybrid of H. 'September Sun' × H. plantaginea was registered by Bob Solberg of Green Hill Farm in North Carolina in 2013.

It is a medium size plant about 18 inches high by 40 inches wide that has puckered, golden yellow foliage. The leaves are broadly ovate, moderately corrugated, slightly wavy and slightly shiny on top. Pale lavender, tubular, fragrant flowers bloom from July into August. It sets seeds but the viability was not known at the time of registration.
