This medium size (15 inches high by 34 inches wide) cultivar is a sport of H. 'Lava Flow'. It was originated by Mark Zilis of Illinois and registered by Jim Schwarz of Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by Uniquely Hostas of Wisconsin) in 2015. The golden to light yellow foliage is moderately rippled, elliptic, moderately wavy and slightly shiny on top. Pale lavender flowers bloom from mid-August into September. According to the registration information, its "...odd veining makes it look "grassy"..."
