We found this cultivar listed on the Hosta Lists website as a hosta less than 8 inches tall. The Fransen Hostas website says it is a sport of H. 'Paradise Island' originated by Hugo Philips of Belgium and has green foliage with a yellow medial (center) variegation.

MyHostas database calls it an unstable streaked plant on which "New leaves emerge as 'Paradise Island' but slowly shows white and green streaking inside the yellow center. Colorful!"
