Bob Solberg of Green Hill Farm in North Carolina originated this non-registered sport of H. 'Gold Standard'. It is a large size (22 inches high) plant with lavender, funnel shaped flowers from mid-July into August.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...variegated sport with highly variable and unstable foliage coloration."
