This cultivar is part of the "Presidential Series" of hostas originated by Hajime Sugita of Japan and registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2005. This hybrid of unidentified parentage grows into a small size hosta about 10 inches in height with greenish yellow foliage and pale lavender flowers that bloom from late June into July.
