Hosta 'Jasmine'

Registered by Dr. Doug Beilstein and Mardy Beilstein of Ohio in 2022, this cultivar is an upright growing seedling of H. 'Mojito' × H. 'Lakeside Sir Logan'. It is a large size hosta about 24 inches high by 30 inches wide. The broadly ovate foliage is dark green, slightly convexly cupped and very shiny on top. Pale lavender flowers bloom from late July into August on scapes up to 40 inches tall followed by viable seeds.

The registration materials state: "Very shiny thick leaves with prominent veins.  Clump grows faster than its parents.  Very fragrant, blunderbuss shaped flowers that smell like Jasmine."
