We found this cultivar listed on the Hosta Lists website as a plant with speckled foliage. It is a small to medium size hosta with very irregular white streaks in its light to dark green foliage which could stabilize to a green plant with very wide medial (center) white variegation. This cultivar is a tissue culture sport of  H. 'Pole Cat' originated and named in honor of Jerzy Foszczke (?-2013) from Poland. Mr Foszczke was a member of the Horticulture Association in Łódź.
