Registered by Madelon Gilligan of New Zealand in 2017, this cultivar is a medium size (11 inches high by 22 inches wide) seedling of an unnamed F2 seedling of H. 'Ryan's Big One'. The dark green leaves are broadly ovate, slightly corrugated and slightly shiny on top. Pale to medium lavender flowers with stripes bloom from June into July followed by viable seeds.

The registration materials state: "...Extremely dark green color is almost black...Maintains very dark green color all season...heavy bloomer."
