Hosta 'Kiss of Innocence'

Registered by Charles Kwick of Wisconsin in 2020, this slow growing, miniature size (4 inches high by 11 inches wide) cultivar is a open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Carol'. It is a rhizomatous plant with golden-yellow foliage.

The leaves are ovate in shape, slightly folded and dull on top. Medium lavender flowers with stripes surrounded by white bloom in August on scapes about 15 inches tall. It sets seeds but their viability was unknown at the time of registration.

The registration materials state: "...Small, rhizomatous plant with leaves that emerge greenish-gold before turning gold. ."
