Hosta 'Kiwi Polar Bear'

There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a miniature to small size hosta with narrow, slightly wavy, green leaves that have a wide white medial (center) variegation. Actually, the vast majority of the leaf blade is white so this plant may be difficult to grow due to a lack of chlorophyll. It would also have thin substance and could be damaged by slugs. This non-registered cultivar was originated Barry Sligh of Taunton Gardens in New Zealand.
