Mikiko Lockwood in an article on The Hosta Library titled, A Little About Japanese Hosta Terms defines the term kodakarasaki or kodakarazaki as having no English word for this type of blooming habit - multiple flowers growing from on pedicel, or within another flower (similar to "hose in hose").

This cultivar name was mentioned in the Lockwood article with no further details but we can probably expect that it is a hosta with different type of bloom structure.
