Hosta 'Kwick's Salad Bowl'

Registered by Charles Kwick of Wisconsin in 2017, this large size (26 inches high by 40 inches wide) cultivar is an upright growing seedling of H. 'Abiqua Drinking Gourd'. It is a medium green hosta with leaves that are nearly round, heavily cupped, corrugated and slightly shiny on top.

Near white flowers with very light hint of lavender bloom from June into July on scapes up to 30 inches tall. It sets seeds but the viability was not known at the time of registration.

The registration materials state: "...Large, Upright plant with round, cupped and heavily corrugated leaves that will lighten with excessive sun exposure."
