Hosta 'Lady Renee'

 

Originated by Charles Kwick of Wisconsin, this cultivar was registered in 2021 as a seedling of H. 'Captain Kirk' × H. 'Carol'. It is a small size (9 inches high by 26 inches wide) hosta with  greenish golden yellow foliage. The nearly round leaves are slightly folded, moderately wavy and have deeply impressed veins. It bears medium lavender, spider shape flowers with stripes from June into July.

According to the Registration materials: "Low growing mound of greenish gold leaves with serrated edges and deep veins.....slightly more golden later in the season..."
