This seedling selecting is a non-registered hosta originated by Tony Avent of Plant Delights Nursery in North Carolina which has H. longipes in its background. It was developed by Bob Whitmore of Indiana. This cultivar has shiny dark green, rippled foliage with an underside bloom and red petioles. It bears near-white flowers from mid-June into July.
