Hosta 'Lakeside Cogwheel'

Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee registered this medium size (12 inches high by 24 inches wide) cultivar of unidentified parentage in 1995. Its foliage emerges blue-green in the spring and turns green by later in the summer. The leaves also have a marginal variegation which starts yellow but turns creamy white later. They are slightly corrugated and have a thin bloom on the underside. Very pale lavender flowers bloom in July.
