There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a large size hosta with corrugated, dark green, pointed leaves and creamy white streaked variegation. It is a sport of H. 'Lakeside Prophecy Fulfilled' and it forms pale lavender flowers in July into August. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee.
