This fast growing cultivar of unidentified parentage was registered by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee in 1998. The miniature size (4 inches high by 16 inches wide) hosta is dark green with a distinct, yellow marginal variegation. The leaves are slightly rippled and very shiny on top. Flowers on 14 inch tall scapes bloom from late July into August followed by green seed pods.
