Hosta 'Lakeside Rocky Top'

This cultivar of unidentified parentage was registered in 1999 by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee. It forms a small size mound about 6 inches high with a spread of about 18 inches. The wavy leaves are elliptic to ovate shaped. Pale lavender flowers bloom in midsummer.

The New Encyclopedia of Hostas by Diana Grenfell (2009) states: "Site...accompanied by H. 'Hadspen Blue' or H. 'Eye Catcher' for contrast...The distinctively undulating leaves of this shape are unusual in a small hosta."
