This upright growing cultivar is a seedling of an F1 seedling of a H. 'Dorothy Benedict' seedling which was registered in 2005 by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan. It is a large size (23 inches high) hosta with green foliage that has a yellow marginal variegation. Pale lavender flowers bloom in July on scapes about 29 inches tall.
