This cultivar which was registered by Dr. Doug and Mardy Beilstein of Ohio in 2013 is the result of a cross of (H. 'Color Fantasy' × H. 'Alabama Gold') x H. 'Venetian Blue'. It is a small size plant about 9 inches high with a spread of around 16 inches. The medium blue-green leaves have streaked variegation with creamy white specks. They are lance shaped, slightly wavy and have a tapered base. Its tubular near white flowers bloom in August.
