This large size (19 inches high by 36 inches wide) cultivar is a hybrid of H. 'Mikawa-no-yuki' × H. 'Uncle John' which was registered by Frank Nyikos of Walnut Grove Nursery in Indiana in 2008. The foliage is intensely blue-green, elliptic, slightly folded and glaucous on top. Pale bluish lavender flowers on 28 inch high scapes bloom from late July into August. It is described as a larger version of H. 'Halcyon'.
