Hosta 'Little Green Griffonage'

Registered by Steve Chamberlain of New York in 2005, this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Bill Dress's Blue'. It is a small size plant about 8 inches high by around 12 inches in diameter. The leaves are medium green, flat, slightly cupped, nearly round and slightly shiny on the bottom. Its dark purple, striped flowers bloom from June into July on scapes 11 to 21 inches tall followed by seed pods.

According to a Google search, griffonage is careless handwriting; A crude or illegible scrawl.
