A miniature size (3 inches high by 5 inches wide) hosta, this cultivar is an open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Kii Hime' which was registered in 2004 by Greg Johnson of Iowa. The clump consists of medium green leaves that are slightly rippled, dull on top and broadly ovate. Pale purple flowers bloom from June into July on scapes up to 12 inches in height.
