Hosta venusta
'Maekawa Form'

Originated by Dr. Fumio Maekawa of Japan, this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. venusta.  It is a miniature size (about 6 inches high by 20 inches wide) plant, forming a dense mound. The lavender flowers with darker veins and purple/yellow anthers appear from late June into July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "The name...does not qualify as a cultivar name, hence, it is listed with double quotation marks..."
