Hosta 'Majordomo'

A large size (17 inches high by 52 inches wide) hosta, this cultivar of unidentified parentage was registered by Emile and Jane Deckert of Maryland in 2004. It has blue-green foliage which changes to dark green as the season progresses. The leaves are shiny, narrowly ovate and moderately wavy with purple petioles. Near white flowers bloom in August.

According to Wikipedia, "A majordomo is a person who speaks, makes arrangements, or takes charge for another. Typically, the term refers to the highest (major) person of a household (domūs or domicile) staff, a head servant who acts on behalf of the owner of a large or significant residence."
