Hosta 'Mañana'

Originated by Chet Tompkins of Oregon but registered in 2001 by Peter and Jean Ruh of Ohio on his behalf, this cultivar is a unidentified parentage . It is a large size plant about 20 inches tall by 43 inches wide with dark green foliage. The leaves are ovate, slightly cupped, wavy, corrugated, slightly rippled and slightly shiny on top. Near white flowers with faint stripes bloom on scapes 22 to 26 inches tall.

According to the registration materials: "...all flowers on top of scape; produces flowers not unlike a Queen Ann's Lace..."
