Originated by Gerhard Ragus and Renate Ragus of Germany, this cultivar was registered in 2021 as a seedling of H. 'Marilyn Monroe' × H. 'Red Dog'. It is a small size (11 inches high by 13 inches wide) hosta with medium green foliage with spotted petioles. The broadly ovate leaves are slightly twisted and slightly shiny on top. It bears deep purple, tubular shape flowers from August into October and does not set seed.

According to the Registration materials: "Very thick leaves with wavy margins and lots of colorful large flowers over a long flowering period.  Does not set seed & pollen is only sometimes useful."
