Hosta 'Maya'
 

This sport of H. 'Fortunei Albopicta' was originated by O. Meissner of New York and was registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 1996. It grows into a medium size hosta at a height of 14 inches with a spread of 39 inches. The leaves are dark green with a chartreuse medial (center) variegation. It becomes a green plant by the late season. Pale lavender flowers are borne from late July into August.
