Hosta 'Middle Ridge'

A sport of H. 'Undulata Univittata', this cultivar was registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 1979 on behalf of the originators, R. Boonstra and C. Lewis. It has dark green, generally wavy foliage with a narrower white medial (center) variegation. The medium size mound is about 16 inches tall by 45 inches wide. It produces pale lavender flowers but does not set seeds.
