Hosta 'Midwest Magic'

Registered by Mark Zilis in 1999 as a sport of H. 'Prairie Glow' found during tissue culture, this plant forms a large (21 inches high) mound. The leaves have good substance and are slightly wavy and corrugated. Pale lavender flowers form many seed pods.

Similar cultivars include H. 'Indiana Moonshine' and H. 'September Sun'.

Sports of this cultivar include H. 'Erie Magic', H. 'Midwest Green' and H. 'Prairie Magic'.
