Hosta 'Mighty Mite'
 

A small size (8 inches high by 22 inches wide) hosta, this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Grand Slam' which was registered in 2004 by Don Dean of Minnesota. The medium green leaves are shiny, wavy and ovate to broadly ovate in shape. Lavender flowers bloom from late August into September on scapes about 17 inches tall.

The New Encyclopedia of Hostas by Diana Grenfell (2009) states: "Evenly rippled edges on highly glossy, leathery leaves.
