This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Velvet Moon' which was a sport of H. 'Abiqua Moonbeam.' It was
registered by
Danny Van Eechaute of
Belgium in 2000. The rounded leaves are
chartreuse with an irregular dark green stripe in the middle.
They have good substance and will pucker as they age. The mound
grows into a large size hosta about 18 inches in height with a spread of 30 inches.
Near-white flowers bloom in mid summer.
