Hosta 'Mumsie'

A giant size (28 inches high by 54 inches wide) hosta, this cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated by Nancy Krul of Belle Gardens in Michigan and registered by her daughter, Paula Hiselman in 1999. The medium green foliage on this semi-upright plant is intensely rippled, narrowly ovate and has a long thin tip. Pale lavender flowers bloom from mid-July into August on scapes up to 40 inches tall.
