This seedling of H. 'Wagon Wheels' was registered by Mildred Seaver of Massachusetts in 1984. It forms a mound about 25 inches high by 60 inches wide with blue-green, heavily corrugated foliage that has thick substance. Near white flowers bloom from late June into July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...has never achieved the popularity it deserves."

This cultivar was named for Mildred Seaver's daughter.
