Hosta 'North Pacific High'

This cultivar with H. 'Sieboldiana' in its background was originated by Chet Tompkins of Oregon and registered on his behalf by Peter and Jean Ruh of Ohio in 2001. It is a large size plant about 28 inches high with a spread of around 55 inches. The foliage is blue-green early in the season but changes to medium to dark green later. Its leaves are broadly ovate, moderately corrugated and have thick substance. Near white, funnel shape flowers bloom from late June into July.
