A large size (24 inches high by 59 inches wide) hosta, this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Ming Dynasty' which was registered in 2004 by Greg Johnson of Iowa. This slow growing, semi-upright plant has medium blue-green foliage. The leaves are nearly round, slightly cupped, moderately corrugated and dull on top. Near white flowers bloom from mid-July into August on scapes about 36 inches tall.
