Hosta 'Patriot Colors'
 

Registered by Alex Malloy of New York in 2005, this slow growing cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a small size (7 inches high by 13 inches wide) hosta with medium blue-green foliage. The leaves are lanceolate and have a glaucous bloom on top with petioles that are purple with white frosting. Tubular flowers bloom from mid-August into September on scapes 14 inches tall.

According to the registration materials: "...small narrow blue with white back and reddish-pink petioles..."
