This non-registered cultivar is a tissue culture sport of H. 'Patriot's Fire' from Mark Zilis of Illinois. The pale green foliage has a mottled white medial (center) variegation. It is a large size plant about 18 inches high by 45 inches wide whose leaves are ovate, faintly corrugated and of average substance. It bears lavender flowers from July into August.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...we were disappointed in its growth rate in the garden. A few plants made it to collectors and still exist."
