Hosta 'Paul Bunyan'

Chet Tompkins of Oregon originated this large size (22 inches high by 33 inches wide) cultivar of unidentified parentage. Peter and Jean Ruh of Ohio registered it on his behalf in 2009. It has blue-green foliage which turns dark green later in the summer. The leaves are ovate, slightly rippled and have thick substance. Near white, bell-shaped flowers with purple stripes bloom from late June into July.
