Hosta 'Peacock'
 

Registered by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan in 2005, this medium size (12 inches high by 26 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage (H. 'Galaxy' in the background). It has dark green foliage with light green, greenish-yellow to creamy white streaked variegation.

The leaves are broadly ovate, heavily corrugated, moderately unruly, slightly twisted and slightly shiny on top. Pale purple, striped flowers bloom from June into August on scapes 16 to 21 inches tall.
