This hybrid of H. 'Shade Fanfare' × H. 'Bold Ruffles' is part of the "PeeDee Series" of hostas from Ursula Syre-Herz of South Carolina who registered it in 1992. The clump grows to about 16 inches in height with a spread of 35 inches. Its foliage emerges chartreuse in color and changes to green later in the summer. The leaves are moderately corrugated and have thick substance. Near white flowers bloom from mid-June into July.
