Hosta 'Peking'

Registered by Peter and Jean Ruh of Ohio in 2005 on behalf of the originator, David Stone of Connecticut, this cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium size hosta with foliage that starts the season gold in color but changes to chartreuse and medium green later. The leaves are ovate and slightly wavy. Pale lavender flowers bloom in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...purported to be a seedling of H. ventricosa or H. ventricosa 'Aureomaculata'."
