Hosta 'Photogenic'

This non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Photo Finish' which was originated by Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan. The large  mound is about 25 inches tall by 62 inches wide with misted yellow, green and white at the center of the foliage. Its leaves are broadly oblong to ovate, moderately corrugated, has thick substance and has a thin underside bloom. The near white flowers bloom from late June into July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...differs from 'Photo Finish' in that its spring colors persist into summer."
