Registered by Phyllis Kedl of Minnesota in 2010, this upright growing cultivar is a hybrid of H. 'Prairie Lightning'. It is a medium size plant about 14 inches high by 28 inches wide with yellow foliage which is ovate and dull on top. Tubular flowers bloom from June into July on scapes up to 24 inches tall.

According to the registration materials: "...emerges light spring green and turns yellow..."
