Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan registered this sport of H. 'Wide Brim' in 1999. It is a medium size plant about 12 inches in height with a spread of around 27 inches. The leaves are dark green with marginal variegation that starts gold but changes to creamy white as the season progresses. They are ovate, slightly wavy and faintly corrugated. Pale lavender flowers bloom from late July into August.
