Hosta 'Rainbow Delight'

Originated by Dr. Ralph (Herb) and Dorothy Benedict of Michigan but registered on their behalf in 2010 by Rod Kuenster of Iowa, this slow growing cultivar is of unidentified parentage.

It is a small size (8 inches high by 18 inches wide) hosta with green foliage that has creamy white and yellow streaked variegation. The leaves are broadly ovate, slightly corrugated, slightly twisted and slightly shiny on top. Flowers bloom from mid-July into August on scapes 14 to 18 inches tall.

The registration materials state: "...medium sized streaked plant with yellow and creamy white, low growing ."
