Of unidentified origin, this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Tokudama'. Unlike
its mother plant, this is a small size hosta with
contorted, dark green foliage. It bears pale lavender
flowers in July.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...came out of colchicine-treated plants of 'Tokudama'. The
leaf surface was very uneven and very thick and the
plant size seemed stunted."
