Originated by Loleta Powell of Powell's Iris Haven in North Carolina and registered on her behalf by Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar) in 2009, this cultivar of unidentified parentage is thought to have H. sieboldii in its background. It is a medium size plant that grows to around 14 inches high by 30 inches wide with green foliage. The leaves are narrowly elliptic, slightly wavy and very shiny on the bottom with thin substance.
