Hosta 'Ritz Glitz'

Registered by Randy Goodwin of Indiana in 2020, this small size (10 inches high by 18 inches wide) cultivar is of unidentified parentage. The foliage is medium green with a creamy white marginal variegation. Its ovate leaves are slightly rippled, slightly folded, wavy and very shiny on top with petioles that have almost purple edges. Pale lavender flowers with nearly white petals that have three purple center stripes and translucent margins bloom from August into September. The scapes are 12 to 18 inches tall and it sets viable seeds.

The registration materials state: "...Interesting rounded blade base stretches into an elongated tip.  The cream margin is very narrow but the bright sheen accentuates the distinction between center and rim."
