This cultivar was registered in 2000 by Jerry Hadrava of Iowa as a hybrid of two hostas called "Hadrava Seedling RD-BS" x "Hadrava Seedling RD-900". The medium size plant grows to around 12 inches in height with foliage that is of a variable color. Its leaves are green with some having a white marginal variegation while others have white medial (center) variegation. Pale lavender flowers bloom in July followed by red seed pods.
